Refund Policy

7-Day Free Trial

All new subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected at signup but you are not charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken and no refund is necessary.

24-Hour Refund Window

If you are charged at the end of your trial (or on any subsequent billing date) and decide Flywheel OS is not right for you, you may cancel your subscription within 24 hours of that charge to receive a full, automatic refund — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed automatically when you cancel through the billing portal within this window. You do not need to contact support. The refund will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Outside the 24-Hour Window

Refunds are not available for charges older than 24 hours. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.

How to Cancel

Open the app, navigate to Account, and click Manage Billing. From the Stripe billing portal you can cancel your subscription immediately. If you cancel within 24 hours of a charge, your refund is processed automatically.
